They are a very caring and talented team who listen to your concerns, addresses them and ensures you’re happy with the outcome. They have incredible knowledge on cuts/styles, hair colour and product.I had a daily battle with my very fine hair. After discussing this with Diane, she provided me feedback on the hair cut/style that would work best for me, as well as some product knowledge and shampooing routine hints. I can’t believe how important all these things are, but I can attest to the fact that Diane did not steer me down the wrong road. Her expert knowledge has made my life much easier and I can’t believe how easy it is now to get my hair done each morning. The products I purchased are used regularly and don’t sit unused, as have many other products I purchased in the past from other salons, that just didn’t work on my hair.
